Additional nights are available on Thursday 3rd (before the event) and Sunday 6th (stay over after Saturday night, checkout Monday 7th). Guests can keep the same room throughout their stay.

No hidden costs.
Bring comfortable clothing for daytime activities, something a bit smarter or fun for the evening shows, and any personal items you need (medication, chargers, toiletries, etc.).

Each year we release a clothing / dress-theme guide a few weeks before the event so everyone can join in. For example, in 2025 we had a Christmas & Elvis-themed dress code.

Keep an eye on our Facebook page and information posts – we’ll share the clothing scheme for the upcoming event there so you know what to pack.
We focus on full weekend packages so that everyone gets the complete ECW experience from Friday to Sunday. This keeps the atmosphere consistent and allows you to relax without worrying about separate day tickets.
Yes – the hotel is pet-friendly. There is an additional nightly charge per pet. Any damage or extra cleaning will be chargeable by the hotel. Please contact Victoria if you plan to bring a pet.
