1) Agreement to Terms

By purchasing tickets or paying a deposit for the Elvis Coventry Weekender, the purchaser agrees to all Terms & Conditions stated on this website.

2) Booking & Payments

• Tickets can only be purchased through the organiser (Victoria) and NOT the hotel.
• This is a private, family-run event.
• A £50 non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure your place.
• The remaining balance must be paid by the stated deadline for that event year.
• No cash payments will be accepted.
• Payment plans are offered at the discretion of the organiser and must be agreed between both parties.

3) Refunds & Transfers

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Tickets are not transferable without organiser approval.
• If you wish to resell your ticket, you must contact Victoria.
• A £20 administration fee applies to amend or change any booking name.
• Any ticket transferred without authorisation will result in refusal of entry.

4) Seating Arrangements

• Seating is allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• The earlier you secure your place, the closer you will be seated.
• Special requests will be noted but cannot be guaranteed.

5) Event Inclusions

Prices include accommodation, all entertainment, parking, buffet breakfast, light lunch (Saturday daytime), evening meals (Friday & Saturday).

Guests also receive free use of the hotel's leisure facilities including heated indoor pool, spa, sauna and steam room. No hidden costs.

6) Event Programme & Artists

• The organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists.
• The itinerary, programme, and timings may be varied if necessary.
• Guests will be advised of the weekend schedule prior to the event.

7) Check-In & Entry

• Check-in is from 2pm (rooms may not always be immediately available).
• Wristbands and event information will be issued on arrival.

8) Behaviour & Conduct

• The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any guest for unreasonable, abusive or dangerous behaviour.
• Anyone found being rude or abusive towards organisers, staff, entertainers, or hotel staff will be asked to leave without refund.
• No food or alcohol may be brought into the function rooms.
• No unauthorised stalls or market sales are permitted.

9) Pets

• Pets are welcome subject to hotel policy and applicable nightly charge.
• Any damage caused by pets will be chargeable to the owner.

10) Meals & Timings

• Breakfast: 8:00am – 10:00am
• Evening Meal: Guests seated at 6:00pm, served from 6:30pm
• It is your responsibility to arrive on time for meals.
